Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total event cost) is due with a signed contract to secure an event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. We acknowledge that under unique circumstances an event may have to be canceled (i.e. national or state emergency). In situations such as these, SuperGames will allow the client to reschedule an event subject to availability. Additional information regarding our cancellation policy is outlined in all of our event proposals.
