1. How early am I allowed to arrive before the start of my birthday party?

   We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your birthday party. This will allow our party staff time to prepare and properly clean both the party room and activity areas from the previous group.

2. What is the difference between the Super and Extreme Birthday Parties?

   SuperGames offers clients two different birthday party options based on the age of the birthday child. "Super" Birthday parties have been designed specifically for children ages 2 to 6 years old. The activities and inflatables  included in the Super Birthday Party cater more to this age range.

   The "Extreme" Birthday Party and the activities included as part of that party could be more physically demanding for smaller children. In order to maintain the flow of party and ensure that everyone is continuously engaged and having fun, we recommend the Extreme Birthday Party for children 7 and older.

3. How much time does our party group have to play on the inflatables?

   Each party group will have approximately 1 hour or more to play on the inflatables. Extreme Birthday Parties will spend the first half hour of the party in our tabletop and free play arcade game area. Games in that area include Air Hockey, table shuffle board, a NASCAR Race Simulator, Foosball Tables, and a traverse climbing wall. The second half hour of the party will be spent in the party room (access to a refrigerator and microwave). Parents typically utilize this room to have pizza, cake or ice cream. The last hour of the Extreme Birthday Party is spent playing on the inflatables in the Extreme Party activity space.

   Super Birthday Parties take place solely in the Super Party activity space. During the first half hour of the party, the Party Host will open up certain inflatables and activities for play. The second half hour of the party is designated for pizza, cake, or ice cream. Super Party groups will have access to a refrigerator and microwave and make use of the party room space in that area. The last hour of the party will be open play in the entire Super Party activity space, and climbing for those participants who wish to do so.

4. Am I allowed to bring my own food and drink?

   Absolutely! You may also order pizza through our online booking software and save money as well as convenience.

5. Does SuperGames provide decorations for the party?

   Our professional staff will decorate the party room area with colorful balloons, tablecloths, and most importantly, place your son or daughter's name on the SuperGames Birthday Board. If you have decided on a particular birthday theme, and want to bring items to further enhance that theme, feel free to do so. We only ask that you refrain from bringing silly string, confetti, and pinatas.

6. Are there any items not provided by SuperGames?

   Guests are responsible for bringing all paper products and utensils that may be needed during the party.

7. What type of clothing would you recommend for the day's activities?

   We recommend that guests wear active clothing with close-toed shoes. Socks are required.

8. What role will the party host play in my child's birthday party?

   First and foremost, the Party Host's primary role is to ensure that everyone is having fun and staying safe. In addition, the Party Host is there to assist you in any way that he/she can be of help. If you need help with anything, please do not hesitate to ask our party hosts. We are here to make the day as memorable as possible.

9. At what age does a person count as one of the 30 guests included in the party package?

   All guests walking age and older are counted as a guest.

10. What are the activities and inflatables typically included in each type of birthday party (Super and Jurassic)?

    Extreme Birthday Party: Bounce House, 4 Way-Tug-of-War, 18 ft. Slide, Obstacle Course, Table Top Games (Air Hockey, Arcade Bowling, NASCAR Simulator, Foosball, Spider Zone, and More).

    Super Birthday Party: Millennium Obstacle Course, Jurassic Adventure Play Area, 18' Slide, Large Interactive Inflatables, Animal Theme Bounce, and a Tree House.

11. How far in advance should I reserve my child's party?

    We recommend you call 4-6 weeks in advance to schedule your party.  The closer it gets to your desired date, the more limited our availability becomes.
