Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get charged the full amount if my child is there for only a portion of the night? Yes, we will staff the program based on the number of registered participants. So we are costs will not be able to fluctuate throughout the evening.

Will food be served? No, we fill not provide food. Please have dinner for your child before they arrive. It will not be feasible to monitor allergies and likes/dislikes for a large group of kids in this setting.

Will refreshments be available? Yes, We have a drinking fountain and we will set out coolers with water. We also have a vending machine with sports drinks, juice and pop available.

What child care experience does SuperGames have? SuperGames has run the AEC Adventure Camp since 1982. In addition many of our staff are school teachers. Our camp program has included many overnights and trips without any incidents.

How will drop off and pick up work? When parents drop off their child, they will receive an identification card with their childs name and number. Each child will get a bracelet and name tame with the same number as your card. When you come to pick up your child you must present the identification card with matching number for us to release your child to you.

How is the facility set up for my childs safety? SuperGames only has one entrance to its facility which will have a staff person stationed by at all times. We operate our facility every weekend for parties and events and have desgined the play area with your childs safety in mind. We have padded flooring and safety mats around the inflatables and meet all requirements for fire safety.
