Staffing

Our Professional staff is one of our most valuable components to our team programs. All of our instructors are adult professionals with outstanding people skills, and years of experience.

Our Adventure Program staff are trained and certified only after completing an extensive program and "student-teaching" experience following national standards put into place by The Association for Challenge Course Technology. These trainings take into consideration both the physical and technical safety components of challenge course programs as well as the emotional and social safety of participants. Our professional staff must complete annual emergency rescue skills checks, along with current CPR and First-Aid for the professional rescuer certifications.
